We’re back with another apartment dinner with Jay Rodriguez from Hera in Brooklyn, NY. Jay and I met working at Oxalis in Crown Heights and have had a blast collaborating together in Philly, NYC, and recently Arbois in France this past summer. We’ll be offering two seatings @5:30pm & 8:30pm Fri-Sun January 20/21/22. Dinner will consist of a seasonal eight course tasting menu. Complimentary pairings & beverages will be offered for anyone 21+.
