Santé & Sip & Stich

  • Agricola 1180 South 10th Street Philadelphia, PA, 19147 United States (map)

Join us from 7-9P on Wednesday, March 19th at Agricola for an evening of sippin’, stitchin’ and snackin’. Your ticket includes:

Stitching:

Each participant will receive an embroidery kit: premium oval hoop, pre-printed fabric, crystal beads, thread, needles and threader (all in a canvas bag and yours to keep). Lea will provide two hours of “hands on” instruction. We’ll be going over the basics as well as beading techniques, so this workshop is perfect for beginners and seasoned crafters alike.

Sipping:

Dan Solway of Santé will be leading a guided wine tasting interwoven with Lea's needlepoint stitching workshop. We'll taste through four different wines, all crafted by sustainable wine farmers, and made with minimal intervention in the cellar. We'll discuss wine structure, tasting technique, and what wines go best with South Philly pizza.

PIZZA:

During the event, we’ll be passing around some delicious ‘za hand-made and oven-fired by the awesome people from Agricola.

We’re keeping this event smaller, so this one will most likely go quickly. We can’t wait to share this special collaboration with you.
