Nicholas Bazik has spent the past 15 years quietly working in and running Philadelphia’s finest restaurants (Kensington Quarters, The Good King Tavern, Fork, Lacroix at The Rittenhouse), gaining the reputation as a chef's chef. This Fall he will debut Provenance–his first solo project– a fine dining restaurant in Philadelphia's historic Society Hill neighborhood. Bazik’s seafood forward menu is rooted in classical French technique alongside modern Korean influences. Bazik has tapped Stokes Architecture and Design and Yui Design to convert the former bi-level restaurant into what will be an intimate dining experience. We’re hosting Nicholas for an exciting and intimate preview of Provenance. Very limited seating! Join us!
