Marcuz James a.k.a Chef Marcú is a self-taught private chef who has made a lasting impact in the culinary industry over the last 4 years. During that time, Chef Marcú has served over 6,000 clients along the east coast and has become known as the first Multiracial-trans owned company to cater for the Pennsylvania Trans Wellness Conference.
His favorite culinary influences to serve are a mix of Pan-Asian-African & Mediterranean cuisine always with a Marcú twist! James says, “I fell in love with the kitchen because it’s the 9th wonder of the world. It remains undefeated in its ability to create and redefine beautiful things. That's the embodiment of my journey. Beautiful. The crazy part is that my first love was music, it simply turns out that it wasn't my only love. For that, I’m grateful.”
James has a new cookbook on the horizon anticipated to arrive in summer 2023, along with a luxury clothing line for foodies and chefs alike.
