November 1st will be five years to the day that Santé went live. I can’t believe I’m writing that. From Zoom Classes to Pop-up Dinners out of our apartment, to now…Over the years we’ve helped celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, marriages, and divorces. Celebration of Summertime: Bloom Farm Dinner Residency with Kylie Millar
A former physiotherapist, Kylie Millar came to realize her true passion was food and cooking after joining the ranks of Masterchef Australia in 2012.
Kylie has since worked in some of the world’s best restaurants and with mentors such as Darren Purchese of Melbourne’s Burch & Purchese, Mark Best and Matt Germanchis of Pei Modern, Sydney, Andoni Aduriz at Mugaritz in San Sebastian, Spain, and Ben Shewry at Attica in Melbourne. In 2018 she was awarded the first national Australian Good Food, Young Chef of the Year award and currently is the Executive Sous Chef and Meat Lab Director at the iconic Blue Hill at Stone Barns.
Kylie's extensive experience has shaped her philosophy as a chef. Understanding and supporting regenerative farming practices and sustainable food systems and implementing those into her cooking and menu development is of high priority to her.
Your two-night stay includes two communal dinners by Kylie, a butchering demonstration focused on technique and ethics, and immersive time on the farm connecting with the sources of our food.
Guests will enjoy time to roam the land, harvest from the garden, gather by the fire, and participate in optional hands-on food prep.

Oyster master Khanh Nguyen of Doctor Oyster will lead things off with a flight of four mystery oysters, followed by a flight of four mystery wines poured by sommelier Dan Solway of Santé.
We'll put your palate to the test! Each guest gets a tasting card to fill out -- at the end of the evening we'll tally the results, and the person with the most correct answers will win some prizes! Come learn about pairing oysters and wine, blind tasting technique, and more!!

This month we’re hosting Tom & Sydney from Pray Tell Winery! We’ll taste through their current releases and talk about the winemaking process and what it’s like to move back to Philly to set up an Urban Winery!
Every month we will host a themed wine club tasting at Luna Café. We’ll taste through a line up of four wines and discuss tasting notes, regional style, climate, soil, and more! These tastings are informative, but we like to keep things light and fun! There will be cheese and snacks to pair with the wines. Come enhance your wine skills and learn about fermented grapes in an unpretentious setting with a bunch of fellow wine lovers.
Memberships are $60/month for just the tasting. $110/month if you’d like to add-on a two bottle subscription.

Celebration of Summertime: Bloom Farm Dinner Residency with Jay Wolman
With nearly 15 years of experience cooking in some of New York’s best kitchens (MIMI, Lalou, King…), Jay Wolman launched Intermission to focus on chef residencies, pop ups and private events. Since then, he has cooked in Paris, London, Marseille, Brussels, Miami, and all around New York. His cooking style is place-driven with a focus on seasonality and ingredient-forward cooking. He pulls inspiration from the United Kingdom, France, and Italy.
A frequent and beloved collaborator of Bloom Farm, Dan Solway is a Philly-based sommelier and founder of Santé, a passion project specializing in curated private wine tastings and classes, pop-up dinners, and collaborative events. Dan has over a decade of experience in the wine & hospitality industry, having worked in multiple Michelin starred restaurants and in vineyards in Champagne, Austria, and Germany. He has a deep appreciation for wines grown by farmers and crafted by artisans.
This weekend features two communal farm-to-table dinners by Jay and a Saturday afternoon botanical beverage workshop led by Dan.
Guests will enjoy time to roam the land, harvest from the garden, learn from our resident “farmmelier,” and gather by the fire.
Farmhouse accommodations and all meals are included in your stay.
